This Black IPA has been in the back of our minds for close to a year now. We've always enjoyed how well Mosaic hops and Blueberry work together; really bringing out the deep, dark fruit character of the hops rarely appreciated in a lighter IPA. Blue Falcon showcases 60kg of the former and 120kg of the latter over a dark-as-night, rough and silky malt base with copious quantities of oats and a sprinkling of Carafe in the mash. |
