A stout with Oysters?! Really? How and why the **** did you do that and what does ‘Hollandse Nieuwe’ even mean?! Slow down there chap, one question at a time. Hollandse Nieuwe is the term used for the first catch of the year in Holland. Therefore, at the very early beginning of 2018 we present a stout with.. fish of course! Oysters were used more often in the brewing proces back in the day than nowadays, but it sure still works! |
