The Sea Salt & Chilli Stout is a big, rich stout, brewed with salt & chilli. The salt adds a slight savoury note to balance the big malt flavours, whilst the heat from the chilli builds gently over time. Cocoa nibs are also used, more for texture than flavour, as the oils they contribute smooth out the mouth feel. |
