NORTHERN MONK PP32.03 CULINARY CONCEPTS 2.0 BUNDOBURST Salted tropical chili IPA Collaboration with Bundobust to launch during curry week in October. Goal was to put together an IPA which showcased some popular Indian ingredients and which would work well with the cuisine. The fruits deliver their classic tropical flavours which should be promoted by the salt and which also boosts the mouthfeel along with oats. Kashmiri chilli powder delivers a mild, quite fruity character of it's own which should work nicely with the citrus hop profile and keep the heat levels low.
